Description:

A Behavior Technician provides 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Professional

Responsible for implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans developed through working directly with clients in a one on one or group setting, collect and record data, create and maintain materials, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Must be good with children with special needs, passionate about making a difference in a child's life. Only serious candidates, committed to making a difference in a child's life should apply.

Duties:

1. Currently an RBT or ABAT

2. Assists the ABA supervisor in implementing behavioral programming in a 1:1 setting.

3. Collects data on all programming and writes progress notes.

4. Advises and consults with the family and other agency personnel.

5. With the ABA Supervisor, instructs patients and family/significant others in-home programs and protocols.

6. Maintains current CPR certification.

7. BLS/ CPR Certification or willingness to achieve certification. Must be in a Face-to-face format.

8. Reliable transportation and insurance.

9. Willingness to travel to and from clients' homes within 30 mins of your location

10. Strong computer and technology skills and reliable internet connection for data input.

11. Availability for assignments provided after school hours needed.

12. Pass a criminal and driving background check
